We guarantee our quality. If you are unhappy with your finished product, please take the following steps:
- Take pictures showing the consistent nature of the defect, meaning it occurs more than once in the order.
- Please email the pictures to us at email@example.com
We will evaluate the defect and respond within one business day.
If the product is defective and it is a Megastore Printing error, we will reprint the order and ship it at our expense.
If the product is not defective or if the defect was apparent during proofing, Megastore Printing may, at our discretion, issue store credit or offer a reprint. All sales are final, and full refunds are offered only at the manager’s discretion.
